Blank

Today was hell. I had class from 12pm-9pm. Enough said. I told myself i wanted to die. I told myself that this life was getting old.

At 330am this morning, God gave me the chance.

I sped at around 120 kph on a wet slippery commonwelath road. As i always do when i am bothered with earthly things, i closed my eyes while i drove. I did it for about 5 seconds. God has never let me down. On this special night, however, I opened my eyes and there was a parked truck right in front of me. I stepped on the brakes like there was no tomorrow. I skidded on the slippery road before i got right on track and in control. The squeeling tires where still echoing, as my hands where still shaking while I was clutching the steering wheel tightly.

Surely, God didnt want me to die.

Alam na eh

Well, tama nga mga predictions ko towards the game, with ateneo beating lasalle in 2 games.

Dati, ako lang ang may gusto kay nonoy baclao, a.k.a the HoferStopper (rico maierhofer), a.k.a. Nonoy Kalabaclaw, a.k.a Nonoy BLOCKlao. Last year during the first few ateneo games, i remember putting up "Our hope rests on NONOY BACLAO'S shoulders" or "NONOY BACLAO" as my YM stat.

People were like, "Nonoy who?".. "Sino ba yan? Di ko kilala yan ah, bat di si Chris Tiu?".

Ngayon alam nyo na!

Thank you, sir Baclao. You have assured us of at least 2 more championships haha

At dahil nasa school ako ngayon at nagttype dapat ng paper, i will end it abruptly coz everyone knows what happened yesterday. The only thing that im really confused about is why the lasalle big men keep on shooting (or at least trying to) in front of defensive player of the yaer, nonoy baclao. Its just plain STUPID. Mabubusog lang kayo nyan. PAPAKAININ KAYO NI BACLAO NG BOLA.

Bonfire inuman! haha

upper A ticket for sale

just reply to this post if interested. Grabe.)

Anyway, i was wondering a while ago how peole take advantage of other people during UAAP games. During these big games, scalpers (mostly squatters) line up early at the Araneta to get these precious tickets. Araneta has addressed this solution by limiting 2 tickets per head. The problem now is these scalpers who dont have jobs just line up againg RIGHT AFTER they get their alloted 2 tickets. These people line up and line up and lineup until there are no more tickets. AMAZING how thousands of tickets get sold out in just a short while. These scalpers then sell to the Ateneo or Lasalle fans at a crazy price. For a Patron ticket which costs 250 php, they sell it for as high as 7-10,000 php. That is just ridiculous. Araneta has tried to address this by posting signs that people are not allowed to buy from scalpers. Like that is going to work.

I thought  of a solution, why not ask people an academic question. Like, "how does democracy differ in theory from practice especially here in the Philippines?".. Of course, an Ateneo student or Alumni would at least know or have an idea as to what the answer is. (Di ko lang alam sa mga lasalista. JOKE! I have good, smart friends from there. These scalpers wouldnt even know what the hell democracy is. What about the kids? The kids wont know the answer, but then are there any students that line up for tickets? i dont think so. So anyway, these scalpers would look like this -----> blank.gif

The ticket seller would then refuse to sell tickets to these annoying scalpers. Problem solved. HAHAHA.

But then, most of these people dont have jobs and did not choose to be jobless and to be poor in the first place. So kawawa naman talaga sila. To think, college lang kami. Tsktsktsk.

Or a better solution, and a more serious one - sell less tickets. Allow free entry to students of the school involved. And to the alumni. Figure it out. If Araneta doesnt want it, make the schools pay for it. What is happening to the world today.
